Still, BS gang > HAC gang since focus webbing / neuting / etc just murders them, while it's trivial to RR tank their damage output. Shifting HACs from 'good overall' to 'good vs solo targets / if sniper-fit' and BS from 'good overall' to 'good in gangs' is a major design shift. As I said gallente BS will have the least problems with smaller ships heads up then any of the other. Dont exaggerate the problem. HACs have been solo ships for a long time, nothing hugely new about that and many of them are still useful in gangs. I really don't know what you are on about.
